By Request here is my Wash Day "Routine" Demo I call it a Routine because the Routine doesn't really change but the products do based on what my hair needs If my hair doesn't need protein then I won't use it, if my hair needs a sulfate shampoo to remove build up I "will" use it. If my hair needs some moisturizer then I "will" moisturize and so fourth and so on......

♥ Hair FAQ
1.) How often do you wash your hair? 1x per week - every 2 wks
2.) Do you get SSK(single strand knots)? Yes I do
3.) How do you minimize SSK? I keep my hair in stretched styles like braidout, twistout, bantu knots or I do the banding method?
4.) Do you Blow Dry or Air Dry? I Air Dry 99.9% of the time
5.) Do you always use Natural/Organic Products? No not all the time I just use what ever works for my hair at any given time?
6.) How long have you been on your Healthy Hair Growth Journey? Since October 8, 2010 so it's been 2yrs and 5 Months
7.) What is your hair type? Hmmm you tell me....lol
8.) How long have been natural? 4 Months and NO this is "NOT" 4 months of growth
9.) Did you transition, if so how long? I transitioned for 21 Months.
