Flour's famous egg and cheese sandwich is brought to life by Joanne Chang as she walks you through each step of this delectable breakfast bite. Packed with everything you love about a traditional breakfast sandwich, this one puts a few unique twists on the ingredients that really take it up to the next level! Being a baker, Joanne's biggest priority is the bread, and so she also shows you how to bake some delicious ciabatta rolls so you can make it all yourself at home.

Joanne Graduated with Honors from Harvard with a degree in Applied Math and Econ, then left the stuffy world behind for the exciting world of food. In 2000 she opened the first Flour Bakery, of which there are now four across the Northeast! Flour has been featured in Gourmet, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, the New York Times, and many other large publications. The Bakery has also received numerous Best of Boston awards from Boston Magazine. Flour was also featured on Throwdown with Bobby Flay on the Food Network in which Joanne's sticky buns destroyed Bobby's attempted recipe.
