Keith Moon Collapses at Cow Palace (condensed version)

Keith Moon, of The Who, took animal tranquilizers before a who concert, and collapses during a performance. Scot Halpin, a young drummer, gets to play with The Who on stage.
Moon was later revived
Halpin was commended for his performance, but not offered a permanent role in the band.
He died of cancer in 2008
