TRIP REPORT | NetJets - Cessna Citation X - Sacramento (SMF) to Westhampton Beach (FOK)

Welcome to another private jet trip report!

On June 27, 2018, my family & I flew back home from Sacramento on NetJets. Instead of usually flying home to East Hampton Airport, we landed at Francis S. Gabreski Airport due to weather.

NetJets recently announced a massive fleet overhaul, and in that will be the retirement of their aging Citation X's. Cessna also announced they will end production of the whole X series.

However, I found the aircraft very nice. It is the fastest civilian aircraft in the world and is quite comfortable for longer flights, unlike other Citation aircraft.
