Affirmations generally need to be phrased positively and in the present tense, however try not to get too caught up in the semantics of a particular affirmation. Your subconscious mind will not allow one or two affirmations to derail your overall progress/success.

✳️ Can I trust that these subliminal affirmations are safe?

Yes, I can assure you that these statements are completely safe. I am a Social Worker with experience working in Foster Care and Aged Care. As you can imagine, I do not get joy from conning or harming people. On top of this, your subconscious mind will tell you within a few days if the subliminal affirmations are unsafe. You will feel uncomfortable & out of alignment in your daily life.
