I started this tradition when my daughter was in pre-k that she would come home to homemade cookies after the first day of school. She will be coming home to these peanut butter chocolate chip cookies today since they are one of her favorites!

These cookies are soft and are gluten free, refined sugar free, and vegan. But most importantly - they are delicious.
