Build A Bear Voice Recorder issue and battery replacement

Our Olaf Voice Recorder quit working after three years. Currently the Bear Hospital is closed indefinitely due to COVID.

Here I show you how to replace the button batteries. This unfortunately did not solve my issue, perhaps it will yours. I also hope the Bear Hospital will open again soon for a more thorough inspection and repair.
