This is one of 18 films we made for Ochil Foods. Shot over 8 amazing days traveling round Scotland to film with some remarkable, and truly passionate artisan food producers.

David Oakes farms his scallops in Loch Sligachan on Skye – which provides an stunning backdrop for this most demanding job – double diving scallops. Honestly, the next time you think you’re having a hard day take a look at what David does to bring these beauties to lucky diners. Absolute respect.

The creative treatment proposed by LA Media – to treat each subject as naturally as possible, using natural light and prime lenses, was designed to deliver films which let the subjects speak for themselves. The films were produced and directed in-house by Jude; Mike composed the music and all post production was done in our edit suite too.
