Making Insect Legs: Using an Adapted French-beaded Flower Technique

In a previous video (Stumpwork Beetles: Using Machine Stitching...) I described my processes for making small, fabric beetles. I use the insects as embellishments on my larger cloth figures. I've always been unhappy with the bead and wire legs and have been experimenting with methods to make thin, attractive, flexible legs with feet that do not snag fabric. In this video I summarize an adapted method I learned years ago when making French-beaded Flower parts.
