Steak tartare is one of Harry's marquis dishes, and it is now prepared table-side for an enlightened and enhanced culinary experience. Almost always, when steak tartare is featured on a menu, I order it. After experiencing hundreds of iterations of this famous delicacy from globally renowned restaurants, this is only the second time I've seen it prepared table-side.
