Athenians gather on Thursday evening at the opening of the revamped Omonoia Square in central Athens with a spectacular fountain display now restored . One of the largest water fountains in Europe, the 30-meter-wide fountain shoots water 20 meters high. Omonoia has undergone various transformations throughout the years.
