Armed Forces leavers at Anglian Water: Jono and James

Today is Armed Forces Day and we’re joining with many others to show our appreciation of service men and women and the vital role they play in society. After a career in the services, finding your path in civilian life can be difficult. We believe businesses like ours have a vital role to support service leavers into work. That’s why we’ve signed up to the armed forces Corporate Covenant, a promise to do all we can to engage with service leavers and promote our jobs to them. On Thursday we will be in Chelmsford at an employment fair organised by the official armed forces resettlement body the CTP (Career Transition Partnership). Jono and James both had very different paths from the military into Anglian Water, but they both found a new challenging career path. Here are their stories.
