The Globeville ADU | LD Experience Ep18

This ADU is in the Globeville area of Denver, Colorado, and was just recently completed in August. Originally this lot was not zoned for an accessory dwelling unit, but after a variance was submitted to the City of Denver, the lot was rezoned to accommodate an ADU.

There are plans for this to be used as extra space for family and friends, but there is also the potential of it being used as a long-term rental.
