The Costa Adeje Market takes place every Thursday and Saturday, and is held opposite the Plaza del Duque, giving you the best of both worlds!

At the market, you’ll find Canarian crafts and local arts, alongside bargain-priced clothing, bags, shoes, leather goods, and jewellery. You can even get some retail therapy under your belt on a Sunday, and Cristianos Market is the biggest in southern Tenerife, boasting over 400 stalls and stands. On top of the usual handcrafted goods and clothes, this is a great place to try authentic Canarian food, with many of the street vendors selling freshly-cooked churros, tacos, and pinchos

Costa Adeje Market days - every Thursday & Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM

The market is held twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Los Cristianos Market is the bigger and more popular market in Tenerife South.

Some of the stalls are the same at both markets, as some sellers participate on Saturdays at the market in Costa Adeje and then go over on Sunday to Los Cristianos.

My advice is to go to whichever market is closer to you, as there is nothing really special in either place.

The market in Costa Adeje is not as big or as crowded as the one in Los Cristianos.
