Hey everyone, in this motivational video about life I wanted to share some #inspiration for when you feel lost, confused or hurt in life. We all often wonder what to do when you're stuck in life. Or feeling lost.

I hope these words of #wisdom, and ideas guide you like they have me.

I know it's hard sometimes. I know you feel lost. Confused. And hurt sometimes.
But What if you tried to be nothing more than to be beautifully broken?
To fall again and again in your imperfect, flawed, lost confusion as you try to find your way. Graceful unapologetic #struggle.

You gotta keep going.
You have to keep moving, you have to keep evolving.
Because all the darkness in the world isn’t enough to distinguish one tiny speck of light.
But one tiny speck is enough to make everything else around you more bright.
So you don’t need a whole lot of stuff, or a whole lot of talent, or anything extraordinary.
You are already enough.

The truth is what will set you free.
I repeat.
The truth, in its most unapologetic form, is what will set you free.
You must speak it and feel it because that, is the only thing which will ever set you free.
Every idea of who you are, let go of it.
There’s nothing fixed about who or what you can be.
You are a force of nature.
Think about what this means.
You have a power innate to you that can’t be bought, borrowed or replicated.
Only remembered.
Like a planet brings satellites into orbit: Have faith in your force of nature.
It’s magnetic. effortless. And can’t be turned on or off.
You could be a paraplegic, living only because of a machine.
You could be that single mother who has an addiction and no way to find food money or water for her kids.
You could be back where you were 5 years ago, when you were less wise, less experienced, and less sure of who you really are.

But You are a force. of nature. You are part of this universe, inextricably linked to everything that is. A small magnificent blip on a spinning ball of water and rock, revolving around this big ball of fire, hurtling forever at the speed of light through time & space.
And it’s all expanding. Life is all around you.
You are a force of nature. Constantly moving, constantly adapting, balancing and thriving.
Your entire nature is moving.

And in that system is you, me, this, us.
Our problem, our fears, doubts, our insecurities.
All just a drop in an ocean of gaseous nebulas glittering the night sky.
1 in 20,000. 1 in 100,000. 1 in 100 million billion trillion.
Just that one dot, that one light, that one star, is ENOUGH, to light up the entire sky.

You are a force of nature. Inextricably linked to everything that is.
Your light never stops travelling, that never stops shining.
Let your nature shine.
Love finds it's way. Light finds it's way. Hope finds it's way. Happiness find it's way.
And You, you will find a way.

They can’t ever stop you. You will seep through every crack. Grow around every obstacle. Rise to every challenge. Because you are that. And that is you.

So Don't ever waste your time convincing or persuading people to pay attention to the silence that speaks from your heart. Not even for one second.
Let time do its thing. The ones with eyes to see? and ears to listen? They will respond
You just focus on growing, unveiling & evolving who you really are.
You are an infinite being subjectively experiencing itself over and over and over.

Treat yourself, your heart & your life like the holiest grandest temple.
With the tastiest sweets & most precious jewels inside.
A place of abundance.
Of pure substance.
Of stunning wondrous comforts.
And at the centre is you. A god. to billions of tiny living organisms.
Not just in your own body but in every body.

Run from what doesn't serve your soul.
You can't do epic things with basic people.
And you, are birthless, deathless and wonderful my soul.
Arise. Awake.
A flower doesn’t try to attract a bee.
It blooms and the bee comes.
This world is yours.
You are the stuff of stars.
You are, a force, of nature.
