How do blind people clean?

Hello people, I'm Kirsten! How can a blind person clean if they have no idea if the end result looks good? I've gotten this question for years and I'm here to give you the three main elements which are a great foundation for any blind person hoping to clean well.

First, unerring organization. Second, be even more thorough than you think is necessary. And third, cover your bases to go a bit above and beyond when you're doing something like vacuuming or cleaning toilets and you can't use your hands to feel your progress.

Yet beyond these three elements is the unfiltered truth that cleaning without sight takes more practice, more time, and extra thoroughness because we do not have eyes to validate our efforts were successful. But if you want to be independent, all this is worth it when your house is sparkling and you know you did it all yourself. :)
