MORNING WAKE UP - 50 Burpees & Lower Abs // Lets Workout!

Good morning team! Happy Iso Weekend!

Today we have a burpee & core morning workout! 50 reps of burpees of 5 variations plus rounds of core exercises targeting our lower abdominal muscles. Don't know why I thought a burpee workout would be a great idea haha .. do get a little warm beforehand to prevent injuries and discomfort! Hope you enjoy the workout and thank you for tuning in! :)

Reps 11-30: Single Leg Burpees 01:03
Reps 31-40: Burpees In & Outs 02:48
Reps 41-50: Single arm Burpees 04:00

Leg raises with Hip Bump 05:07
Flutter Kicks 06:09
Scissors 07:09
