Grandstream UCM Troubleshooting - SIP Packet Capture - Part 1

Troubleshooting SIP issues between a Grandstream UCM and a Grandstream Phone. Part One shows you how to do a Packet Capture and Enable Debugging on the UCM side. It then shows you how to verify a correct registration from a Grandstream Phone. Part Two shows you how to do a Packet Capture from a Grandstream UCM and Grandstream Phone, and then merge the Packet Capture files together for troubleshooting communication issues.
