Neander - Unser Herrscher (Come, ye faithful, raise the anthem) - Arr. Arthur Hutchings - Practice!
This beautiful hymn was composed by Joachim Neander, a German composer from the late 17th century. Many of his hymns live on, especially in the Lutheran tradition, including this spectacular composition.
The English words were later added in the late 19th century, with Arthur Hutchings then reharmonising a sublime last verse.
I trust you enjoy.
