WINTER MORNING ROUTINE BABY & TODDLER 2018! Solo (not single) Mom | grace for the day

Now that my Baby and Toddler are getting a little older, there have been a few changes to our morning routine! I hope you enjoy watching this winter morning routine of a mom 2018! Open up to find the recipe for the yummy apple muffins! Thanks for watching my solo (not single) mom morning routine!

1961 APPLE MUFFIN RECIPE
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil or melted Butter
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup grated raw tart Apple (unpared)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups. Beat egg with a fork and stir in milk, oil and grated apple. Blend dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients, stirring until flour is moistened (do not overmix). Fill muffin cups 2/3 full (I like to make bigger muffins and only fill 10 baking cups). Bake 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Good like this or sprinkle top with Nut-crunch topping before baking (our favorite) below:

NUT CRUNCH TOPPING
Mix 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed), 1/3 cup broken nuts and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
