Stop-Motion Transformation of XTransbots MX-XIIIT Crackup. I like how the lower legs form. Now for the long wait for the trailer/combiner. Going back to car mode, you really need to make sure the feet are all the way to the center (as shown) or the top of the car won’t seat properly.

Production Note: I put the backpack up a bit too soon. It gets in the way of the side panels a bit when it’s up. It was far too late to “rewind” the shoot at that point, so I gritted my teeth and plowed ahead. Sorry about that. I had to put tape on the left forearm to hold the halves together. I suspect the hinge on the double hinge plate on mine is pegged slightly crooked, so it doesn’t quite join together like it should. The right arm has the same issue, but much less severe. You probably didn’t notice the tape, but good eye if you did.

Viewing Note:
If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using the Chrome plugin called "Frame by Frame for YouTube". It turns your , and . keyboard keys into single-frame movement keys. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
