Junior Malanda tragically lost his life in a car accident a few weeks ago and Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg commemorated their player with an emotional display. Instead of holding a minute’s silence ahead of the Wolves’ meeting with Bayern München, the players and spectators spent a minute applauding. Fans and teams in stadiums across the country also remembered the Belgian.
