The Story of a Once Neglected Eichler Home | Home Tour

Located in the San Fernando Valley community of Granada Hills the Balboa Highlands Tract by Joseph Eichler was once a forgotten development. We're all very Familiar with the Eichler tracts in Orange County alongside the tracts up in Northern California however not many people knew about the Granada Hills tract. The homes of Balboa Highlands exhibit four models with three different roofline types - flat, A-frame, or slant with a few one-off models. Jayson and Joy turned a once neglected Eichler into possibly one of the best examples in the tract. They've poured love, sweat and tears into making the home to what it is today, a fine example that Joseph Eichler would be proud of.
