What Photo paper Should I Buy? Use Most Asked Question!

After watching a 30 minute Q&A video from "The Experts" and finding so much BULL in what the were saying I decided to do this one and give you MY views.
I am NOT by any means an expert but I assure you it will not contain the absolute BULL I heard earlier.
I will not push, recommend ANY particular brand of paper and I will leave that up to you as paper is a Subjective choice best left to the actual user.
By the way I subconsciously stated that the paper Caliper is measured in MILs or Millions of an inch.
Well I was repeating what the " Experts " in the video stated.
