The mess of me.

Hi friends. Today's video was hard to do. I am not one to invite anyone into my mess of a home. I grew up feeling embarrassed by being messy. I was told that I was lazy for not being able to keep my things put away or my room clean and shamed for inviting people in because of the state of our family home. Truth is my mess is only part of a much bigger issue. I am learning that my mess is a result of trauma. I am still learning about my trauma, but I hope that my story can resonate with some of you that might be dealing with the same issue. Much love. - Carly Nicole
