The Centre for Information Technology in Education (CITE) of the Faculty of Education of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) held its research symposium, that is, CITERS 2023, on 19 and 20 May, 2023 at HKU. The theme of this year’s symposium is ‘Empowering Communities and Transforming Learning’.
CITE, which aims to strive for excellence in the use of IT in education, provides a platform for individuals and institutions, dreamers and experts to come together to build new knowledge about learning and transformative use of technology. CITERS 2023 welcomes researchers, practitioners and people of related fields to share ideas, research findings and good practices, and join our discussions on various topics.
This year’s sub-themes include:
- AI in Education
- Learning and Teaching with Emerging Technologies
- Learning Design and Development
- Culture, Technology, and Learning
- Measurement, Assessment, and Analytics in Learning
