"Gather" Documentary Q&A with Chef Nephi Craig

We invited folks to watch the 2020 documentary Gather and then join a zoom with Chef Nephi Craig who was featured in the documentary. Chef Craig spoke about his experience in the culinary industry, his experience being a part of the documentary, and Indigenous food ways. After, he answered questions folks in the audience had for him. This event was made possible by the Dickinson College Farm, Dickinson College Environmental Studies Department, Dickinson College Food Studies Certificate Program, and the Dickinson College Anthropology and Archaeology Department.
