How to Shape Sourdough Bread for a Loaf Pan

This is how I take my master recipe sourdough bread dough and shape it to fit a standard loaf pan. Some people find this way of baking more convenient than using banneton baskets and a Dutch oven. Check out my quick shaping tutorial in this video.
