John Lai tows this Mercedes with a deflated air suspension. The car was sitting on the owner's driveway for over a year. Over time, the suspension completely lost air to the extent where the vehicle's body sits atop the wheels. The weight of the vehicle prevented the wheels from turning. The bigger problem was the vehicle sat so low that neither dollies nor a jack could be slid underneath. An experienced flatbed tow operator, John Lai uses his skill and tools to lift the vehicle so he can tow it to a body shop.
