Massachusetts native, CJ Field, is a true American singer songwriter with a soulful, honest, voice. He released his first album, Cannonball, on vinyl in June featuring songs written with McBryde and Terri Jo Box, as well as background vocals by McBryde, Shelley Fairchild and Dani Flowers.
In 2023, he started a Field Day music series to support live music in his hometown while also giving back to the community through fundraisers, songwriting workshops, panel discussions with high school students and more. He is also a volunteer with Musicians on Call playing for patients, including Veterans in Nashville. The video for his song, “The Soldier”, debuted on CMT online in August 2023 and amassed 45,000 views and counting. He also launched his nonprofit for Veterans, Fight 4 Them Foundation, in July 2024 and has raise over $7,000 with his first two fundraisers.
