Startup grind Mogadishu Hosts Leila Xiis from Jeeb uroon

Leila Ali Abdullahi, known to many, as Leila Xiis is a young entrepreneur based and Born in Somalia, Leila came back to her country in 2011 to start up her own fashion line and store called “Jeeb U Roon” as well as working to advocate for Art in the state of Puntland. Leila, to many is a driven young lady who has worked tirelessly to bring to light the importance of art in social life as well bringing creativity and innovation within her community. Many in her community at first laughed at her ideas of art that has never stopped or deterred Leila from achieving her ultimate goal…which is bringing art back in the limelight and teaching others to use it for the betterment of their society.
