Ingredients

• 2 slices bread (toast)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 slice cheese
• 1 fresh fruit (pear or apple, sliced thin)
Seasoning
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
• 1 tablespoon mixed nuts
• 1 teaspoon honey
• A little parsley (optional)

Making Process

1. Place the bread slices in the oven at 400°F (200°C) and toast for about 8 minutes until
crispy.
2. In a bowl, crack 2 eggs and add milk.
3. Add salt and black pepper, then mix well.
4. Heat a pan and lightly spray with oil.
5. Pour in the egg mixture.
6. Use a spatula to gently push the eggs from the edges toward the center to create soft
layers.
7. Cover briefly and cook until just set.
8. Slice the fruit thinly after removing the core.
9. Spread cheese on the toasted bread.
10. Add the cooked eggs on top.
11. Place fruit slices over the eggs.
12. Sprinkle with nuts.
13. Drizzle a little honey and add parsley if desired.
