'Cars buried under 3-foot of snow': Viral videos show jams, cars trapped under heavy snowfall

At least 21 people died on Saturday in Pakistan after heavy snow trapped them in their vehicles as thousands of visitors thronged a hill town, Murree, to see unusually heavy snowfall leading to enormous traffic jams. Video shared on social media showed cars packed bumper-to-bumper, with three-foot piles of snow on their roofs. Police reported that at least six people had frozen to death in their cars but it wasn't immediately clear if others had died from asphyxiation after inhaling fumes in the snowdrift.
