Lumber prices are going up. What options do I have?

In this episode #28 I talk about new technologies that showcase the power of a thermal break. The first is the Omni Block technology. The next technology is the Tstud. You can see them here https://www.tstud.com/. I have not built with this stud system but it seems to have a lot of promise. They continue to improve on the technology to create straight and true walls with no warping or twisting of the stud and this will certainly gain traction for those wanting higher quality finish work inside.
