Introduction to Inductors

This video introduces the concept of inductance. Inductors store energy storage in a magnetic field. We examine basic device characteristics, series and parallel combinations, and the defining current-voltage characteristic. A key element to remember is that the current through an inductor cannot change instantaneously.
