The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) testing process can help reveal underlying structural asymmetry, which can be useful when designing exercise programs to optimize movement and promote "neutrality" in the nervous system.

The Adduction Drop Test previously discussed the value of assessing the position of the pelvis in relationship to hip adduction, but we can also see patterns of hip abduction that are different between left and right sides.
