John Teng Introduces FLS Fitness

John Teng, Founder of Midlife Magazine LLC, introduces an exercise and fitness program that he is designing for both men and women between the ages of 40 and 65 who want to look better and feel better, but have had a difficulty "priming the pump" to get back into shape with all of the time consuming responsibilities that they carry as middle age men and women. FLS stands for “Fast Fire,” “Lift Heavy,” and Slow Control” which together constitute three very important elements of any balanced fitness regimen. Welcome to FLS Fitiness!
