The BEST Diet Breakfast 🥪 The Ultimate Protein-Packed Start to Your Day! 🍳🧀 Delightfully delicious and perfect for your diet! 😋🥪
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 46g egg beaters or egg whites
- 15g 2% milk (Fairlife for extra protein)
- Dash of salt and black pepper
- 2 slices of 60 Calorie bread
- Zero-calorie butter spray
- Half a slice of fat-free American cheese
- 56g fat-free mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine 1 large egg, 46 grams of egg beaters or egg whites, 15 grams of 2% milk (Fairlife for extra protein), and a dash of salt and black pepper. Whisk the ingredients together.
2. Scramble the egg mixture in a hot skillet.
3. Spray both sides of each slice of 60 Calorie bread with zero-calorie butter spray.
4. Place one slice of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
5. Lay half a slice of fat-free American cheese diagonally on the bread.
6. Spread about half of the 56 grams of fat-free mozzarella cheese on top of the American cheese.
7. Add the scrambled egg on top of the cheese.
8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the egg and place the other half of the American cheese on top.
9. Finish by adding the second slice of bread, butter side up, and press it down.
10. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the bread is toasted, and the cheese is melted.
