I don’t always have a scripted or guaranteed answer when asked on how to implement CHARACTER COUNTS! What I do know is that a school needs to Instill meaningful positive beliefs that promote desirable behaviors. And when that happens they hopefully will see over time measurable results, in attitudes and behaviors of adults and students. An effective implementation embeds desired beliefs into the DNA of individuals and their school resulting in a sustainable initiative.
