First thing i would do is go on google and search the following..
- discount grocery stores near me
- cheap grocery near me
- grocery suppliers near me
- grocery outlets near me
- cash and carry near me
- b2b grocery near me
ect… play with the words to get diff results

NEXT.. write down 5-10 locations and just go

not every store will be good.. put some time aside to scan inside the stores

once you find good products buy as many as you can (MAKE SURE YOU DO PRODUCT ANALYSIS AND MAKE GOOD PURCHASES)

build with the owners/managers this will give you more room to finesse later on

list the products fbm as soon as you buy them (most cases you will star selling before you get they sent in to fba.

Leverage amazons employees by sending your inventory in, let them do the work of shipping and customer service while you work on finding the next winner.

Re-invest as much as you can back into your business to scale faster and build your capital up.

If the good stores you find are chain stores then clean out every location in your area and then start traveling to nearby states to do the same.

Now this process might take weeks-months to master but as soon as you crack the code you will be paying your rent off gummy bears and graham crackers 😭
