SNPR Stock Analysis: Price Prediction Before Volta Merger

Today we check the fair price per share of Volta, a charging station company that is going to be acquired by the SPAC that is trading as the SNPR stock. No sub yet? No prob:

Volta is a charging station company. Volta will merge with the SPAC that's trading as the SNPR stock. In this video we'll look at the pro forma valuation of Volta, which will be acquired by a SPAC trading as the SNPR stock. Then we'll check out what the fair valuation of Volta is according to the SNPR SPAC and Volta themselves.

And finally we'll calculate the fair market cap and price per share of the SNPR stock, or basically, of Volta after it has been acquired by the SNPR SPAC.

Keep in mind the video is just based on numbers from the investor presentation. The numbers are not a representation of my own opinions.
