What I Eat in a Day in Quarantine (vegan) | Easy & Quick Vegan Meals | Kia Lindroos

Hello! I am super excited for todays video where I will be showing what I eat in a day when in quarantine! In this video I will be showing you three easy and quick meals that you can easily do at home during home office. All these meals are vegan (or plant based) and are super quick to make AND honestly anyone can make these at home. I hope you enjoy todays vegan what I eat in a day video!

My "asian" vegan salad dressing:
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
water (until smooth and runny consistency)
