Ferry trip to Kangaroo Island by AHARS

This is a short video of the ferry trip to Kangaroo Island in August, 2013, by members of the Adelaide Hills Amateur Radio Society (AHARS), for the International Lighthouse & Lightship Weekend (ILLW).
Operators were David VK5KC, Paul VK5PAS, Andy VK5AKH, Trevor VK5ATW, Roy VK5NRG, John VK5AJQ, Joseph VK5FJOE, & Doc VK5BUG.
AHARS members participated in the ILLW using the call sign of VK5CWL, and also the Remembrance Day (RD) Contest using the call sign of VK5BAR.
The ferry ride takes about 45 minutes from Cape Jervis on the South Australian mainland, to Penneshaw on the eastern side of Kangaroo Island, which is Australia's third largest island.
The ferry crosses Backstairs Passage, the 11 km strip of water between the mainland and the Island.
Weather conditions on the day were quite rough.
