Happy Citrix LAS Day!
Story time about why I have always like the technology since 2004!
We're pausing 'Binge or Cringe?' for another day to reflect on a personal journey. This video addresses the 'hate comments' I've received on my 'youtube channel', and what happened since on LinkedIn and elsewhere. It's a 'motivational video' about maintaining a 'positive thinking' mindset, even when facing negativity.

Eshelman aka "The Citrix Coach" has been working in Information Technology since about 1997, but is most well known for his work as an Independent Consulting Architect with Citrix where he led teams that designed an implemented the technology for many of the world's top companies, including several of the Forbes 50 list.

Today, D.J. splits his time between Consulting work, Authoring new content, and equipping small team leaders that have been asked to lead but may not be well equipped by their companies to do said leadership.
After experiencing the problem first hand of being the "Team Lead" meaning "You do all the work" - D.J. looked for solutions... and found them.
He now operates Latchkey Leadership, functioning as an Independent Executive Director with the Maxwell Leadership brand, bringing world-class leadership material to be approachable by people in Information Technology.
