After you Establish Device Uplink at a Seven Outpost, you need to find yourself a Tank. By following the path I've shown in this video, you can easily use two Rifts and land near the Tank at the South Side of the Fortnite Map. Simply enter the Turret seat and Damage the Tank a little bit until the Armor Samples start to drop. After that, Collect the Armor Samples and you will complete this Quest!
