Hey KrazyFam thanks for watching my Utopia Hair Salon Failed Me Vlog! I have been wearing straight hair for 2yrs and was finally feeling the urge to bring back my curls. I was very impressed with Utopia's Instagram feed and with the work they did on my sisters hair (check out the links):

I do believe that Utopia Hair Salon is a quality salon that provides quality service, however I strongly feel that they missed the mark on me. Could I have been more vocal about what I wanted...yes! I think there wasn't a clear understanding and the stylist seemed hesitant to cut more of my hair.

Will I ever go back...maybe. Once my hair grows a bit more I might book another appointment. As per right now, I think I'll do my own trims and enjoy my curls.
