We Paid $1300 on a Subject To Deal

www.MaxandNas.com Yesterday, me and Francis went to check on a Subject-To property we recently got under contract a few miles outside of town. We got this thing for $1300 (closing cost).
You know I am always cautiously optimistic about Subject-To investing since the deals can be rather complex to put together.
I don't like to give out specific advice on them, especially to new investors because one wrong move could easily sink your business out the gate!
At this particular property, Francis and I are flipping it together and trying to shorten the length of time we own the house as a "Subject-To".
