In our short time finding real estate deals, filtering through hundreds of listings per zip code with a specific criteria is daunting. I thought there had to be a better way... and I found one! In this video, I cover how to web scrape with no coding - which means pulling data from Zillow or any webpage and link to google sheets for additional analysis.

In our example, we pull Zillow listings and divide the asking price by rent comps to determine a rent-to-price ratio. This allows us to immediately filter out which listings are a good possibility and which to not waste any additional time on.
