Marazul (302) Vacation Rental - Cozumel, Mexico

http://www.enjoycozumel.com/Marazul/CasaJunior(302), Casa Junior is a new condo located just outside of downtown Cozumel in the oceanfront Marazul condo building. The condo is furnished in a modern, eclectic style - with lots of bright but soothing colors and clean lines.,

The condo, as all other condos in the Marazul building, has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Upon entering the condo, you'll find yourself in a large entry hallway. Off to the right is a 1/2 guest bath, straight ahead is a bedroom, and off the left are the other two bedrooms, a small room with a washer/dryer, and the kitchen and living room areas.

One of the bedrooms faces the back of the building - east - and has a king size bed, en suite bath with a walk in shower, and access to a balcony which overlooks the jungle and part of Cozumel's only,golf course. The other two bedrooms face the ocean and both have access to the oceanfront balcony which runs the length of the condo.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large bathroom with both a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower, and ample sink and wardrobe space. A unique feature of this bedroom is the interior circular window which allows you to sit in the jacuzzi while at the same time looking out into the bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds, as well as a en-suite bath with a walk in shower.

The living room has a brightly colored green l-shaped couch and matching chairs, a flat screen TV with cable, a stereo, and a DVD player. With windows on two sides, it gets plenty of light, which is especially nice because this side of the condo faces west, affording you great views of the ocean at sunset.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including all small and large appliances, some pots & pans, and bottled water that's directly hooked up to the refrigerator.

The condo is available for both vacation and monthly rentals, making it a perfect option whether you would like to come for one week or stay a little big longer and more fully immerse yourself in island life.
