Rabbit baked in red wine with veggies

I tried a new recipe with rabbit baked in wine with veggies. It was so tender and juicy! I had some technical difficulties with my new camera so bare with me as I learn how to edit and put together videos!

I used:
2 rabbits, 4 slices of bacon, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 4 red potatoes, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 1/2 cup red wine, 2 tbs sofrito (tomato paste), thyme, black pepper and salt to taste.

Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until desired texture of veggies.
I cooked for 30 minutes, but will cook probably til 40 minutes next time due to me liking a softer consistency of my veggies.
